Does anyone think this is going to be one of those "filler" episodes?

You have to remember, the last 3 episodes were probably very very expensive!!!!!!!!

You know even though they are "fillers", they kinda get me through the Friday. Anyway, I think that "Quarantine" and the episode with McKay, Carter, and Keller will be "semi-fillers". You know, like they'll be slow paced but have little surprises for us.

I'm telling you, something is just not right with that baby! If it's doing things like that from the womb, man... That baby has to be something other than human. What I wouldn't give to be an SGA writer! They have so much possbilities!!!

Agreed! I will watch a NEW episode of SGA any day, filler or not. But we all know that some episodes are written due to costs, and/or
if the actor will be available. Remember some get vacations or whatnot so that's why you don't always see every character in an episode...

I'm sure there will be enough info from Quarantine that will be used to further the story arc....

But when you're stuck in a room in the entire episode, you know that's pretty cheap....except for that scene with Shep is hanging outside....

But I think that's the beauty of it. Because the writers have to make the episode seem exciting even if people are trapped in different rooms. It's gives them room to make things that are totally out there happen in a small room. They can feed us anything! I love to write and make up stories, so if I was an SGA writer, man, I would have the cast all over the place, even in a small room...

Yeah, wasn't Jason on a vacation when he was surfing in Hawaii during the PCAs?

Looks like an interesting episode with some new character revelations! We have only had one episode with a disease running through the city! I look forward to see how they will get rid of this new disease and what causes it.

Yes, but SGA are "suppose" to be different. And they are, don't get me wrong. But who wouldn't want to watch three magical sisters take down down bad guys, and well, the SGA team takes down bad guys also... (bad point) Ok, one of the sisters had a baby, wait Teyla's having a baby too... (another bad point) Alright, Prue's boyfriend died, wait, Teyla's lover is missing. Jeez, um... Yeah, were watching "Charmed", but only with more (hot guys), advanced technology, stargates...

For those who don't mind spoilers, at least screencap-wise, I've done up a bunch from the trailers that SciFi, Yahoo TV and MGm have put up.

http://wraithfodder.livejournal.com/157821.html

However, i did my own dialogue/description, so if you're bored, or want a laugh, come and visit smile.gif

Heh, and yeah, I addressed the 'virus lockdown' scenario too ...

Oh My WraithFodder! That skit was funny as ever! It had love (Keller and Ronon wub.gif ), it had lust (McKay and Sheppard? blink.gif ), and had humor (Teyla getting fat jokes tongue.gif ), it had anger (Carter ticked off like a stag mad.gif ), and it had drama (Shepp climb out of a window to make sure his dibs on that room are secure! laugh.gif mellow.gif ) I loved it! Thanks!

You know I really enjoy the fillers sometimes because they usually are loaded with humor. The SGA writers are usually very good with humor.

Ya know, the 'standalones' this season have been great! So, I'm not worried at all. I mean, 'Doppelganger' and 'Tabula Rasa' were some of fav. standaolones of all of Atlantis. This has been a remarkable season, and while I think this ep. will be awesome, one 'meh' episode won't bug me with the quality of this season so far!

Heck, I'm just pumped to hang on for dear life during the Sheppard wall scaling scene!

And scale a wall he will! laugh.gif As the seasons go on, the show is rock on! I just think that if the writers want to put in "fillers" or "standalones", then we, the fans, should make up the story. Think about it, we could be watching one of our fellow SGA Forum friend's ideas on tv! laugh.gif What would be your idea for a "filler"?
