Oh, yea, crystal skull. Pretty. Anxious to see the movie. Liked the Stargate episode. Not sure about the mythology behind it... yet!

Oh wow, you all have just started breaking in this new area it appears.
So this becoming an interest again due to the new Indiana Jones Movie Aptly named Crystal Skull.

Agreed. I used to be a fan of hers. I just simply don't beleive much of what she says.
She nevers comes around when people are missing, like that Natalie girl in Aruba. When there are famous cases, she shys away from the camera.
Now why is that?

Me too tipi,,I just found this thread, oh well better late then never. For christmas I got all four Indy movies and just loved the Crystal skulls one , what a yarn I wish it were true....lol

I have not watched the entire Mystery of the Crystal skulls yet, but recorded it, however I did hear enough of it to hear there have only been 8 found and wondered if the rumors of one in my local area has come to surface.
Since rumors are usually a he said, she said, some one knows, there is always a doubt of the validity but the information I have heard piques one's interest in discovering whether it exists or not.
The rumor is that one resides here in or near by Spokane, Washington. It is kept wrapped up and in the dark because when exposed to the light it has reeked havoc on anything that runs on electricity, causing a great deal of interference with them and that when held it has some sort of charge that those who say they have seen it have felt.
The facts are,
We have a lot of quartz crystal sources in the area, Mt Spokane being one place many of us have ventured to pick up nice crystals and lots of large chunks.
We also are heavily ladened with the basalt crystals, which I myself have found that the regular quartz crystals react to. By accident I dropped a fairly good sized quartz chunk on one of the basalt crystals in my yard, it happened to be dark out when I did it and after the quartz struck the basalt, the quartz glowed a slight blue for a few moments.
We also have a quite a large Native American community, various tribes and from those I know they revere the stones. Also there are several pagan groups both public and private who use the various stones in healing and rituals, and we have several Gypsy families here.
So it may not be entirely far fetched to assume the possibility of a crystal skull being held by anyone of them.
I have a cousin who said she had seen it years ago. I will have to ask her if she can remember who showed it to her.
It would be nice if it exists in truth and may be the 9th, if it can be located.
