copy and pasting from my fan site:

"Destination Truth" Shooting Winding Down

Josh has been busy with his amazing crew the last few months debunking the myths and pondering mysteries. One little piece of bad news is that Ryder could not join on the journey this time, but here is some information on a few places everyone has gone to search for the truth.

Their long march across the globe, starting at the beginning of February, took them to (not in any particular order, but more from memory):

-Egypt, Florida (the deep south), Alaska, Romania, Latvia, Chile, Puerto Maldunando (in the Amazons), Peru, Mexico City, the Bahamas

They supposedly have one week left. If memory serves correct, they are supposed to be going back to Nepal to search for their friend, the Yeti, so I should think that would be their longest, and most trying trip.

Good luck guys!

I liked that Yeti one...They found that huge foot print and saw the massive heat moving around across from them upon a hill. I thought it was pretty cool. Hopefully I start seeing some DT on Space again.

Mummies perhaps? You never know what sort of myth will end up where. So they could have a huge monster for all we know.

My suggestion for Egypt....

the Bennu bird....reputably a giant heron which is depicted in temple art and mentioned in Karl Shukers' "In search of Prehistoric survivors". However Karl doesn't hold out much hope that it still lives, and anyway, a giant heron? This is destination truth here!!

It would have to be called The Demon bird and look suitably terrifying in the creature prediction software.

More South American legends, yay. I don't think Josh will be able to top the El Lobizon episode, though. That **** was hilarious.

in regards to Mexico - when Ryder was asking for ideas to research for the new season, I suggested this creature:
