The American government with the cooperation of private company and university develop and the 70 a system that permit synthetic telepathic communication between two or more persons. The system seems to have different site of operations but are use presently in Montreal.
A group from US supervised that system with the help of the nun’s and a group of people of the community that are held presently in Montreal. The RCMP have the information on that system

Any information on the location of where that system is established in Montreal will be reported to the RCMP that I am in contact with.
