I redeemed my points for a prize (Ghost Hunting Kit) almost a MONTH AGO...I have not gotten my promotional code for my free kit...
I signed up through Facebook and played the games until I had enough points (25,000) and then redeemed them for the kit.
Why won't anyone get back to me?
I have emailed feedback@syfy.com...I am appalled that no one will even respond to my email!!

I'll kick a note off to who I can for you, but as you can see from this thread we don't have a connection to the games.
I don't even know if anyone has received help or if it is really backed up... no one has returned to say if they have gotten help that I can remember.

Thank you for your assistance! I just got my email today from syfy with my promotional code...it took a while, but I did get it...and i am very happy! Thanks :-)
